Kevin Daeninck

Kevin began his career at LFM as a summer intern in 2018, after which he continued as a part-time Analyst. Kevin joined the firm full-time after graduating from the University of Maryland – College Park in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. Kevin was promoted to Associate after earning his appraiser trainee license and then to Senior Associate in early 2022 upon becoming a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. He is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
