Chris Perticone began with Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell in February 2023 as an Associate. He joined LFM after already working as an Appraisal Trainee in Maryland and prior to that he was a loan officer. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Regis University in Denver, CO. As an associate with LFM, Chris works with the firm’s principals on an array of property types and towards obtaining a certified general appraiser license in the State of Maryland.
