Ford has been a guest lecturer at the Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development – School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation at the University of Maryland, College Park. His valuation and consulting assignments primarily include: industrial, retail, and office buildings, mixed-use properties; schools; churches; net-leased assets; and vacant industrial, commercial, and residential land.
